Penza, 23 January 2018. PenzaNews. A sculpture depicting a baby on a palm illuminated with rays of the sun was opened near the building of the perinatal centre in the territory of the Burdenko Penza regional hospital.

It is located to the right of the main entrance on a small pedestal in the form of a cube.

The sculpture was installed some time ago but it was hidden from the eyes of passers-by under a cloth. Now anyone can take a close look at it.

There is no table with information about the author of the sculpture and its title yet.

As it was reported before, in October 2017 governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev announced that an art object symbolizing the happiness of motherhood, which was planned to be made at the expense of businesses, would be placed near the perinatal centre.
