Penza mayor assesses progress of school construction in Shuist

Penza, 28 January 2018. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev assessed the progress of construction of a school for 660 pupils in the Shuist neighbourhood as a result of the off-site meeting on Sunday, January 28.

He noted a positive dynamics of the construction and encouraged responsible persons to adhere to the set pace.
An area supervisor told the mayor that more than 100 people work at the facility on weekdays, and about 30 – on weekends.
During the discussion of technical issues the head of the city administration drew attention of contractors to the need to comply with the technological process.
"It is necessary to comply with the temperature regime and time period so that the strength of the concrete should meet quality and safety standards. [...] In February all monolithic works should be finished in order to have an opportunity to complete plastering the walls and covering the floors in March," the press service of the mayor's office quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
