Penza, 31 January 2018. PenzaNews. Young mothers from among deceived construction investors plan to go to the Penza perinatal centre with their children, which is planned to be visited by the presidential plenipotentiary envoy in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich.

As it was noted in an announcement posted in the group "Penzastroy, dostroy" on the social network VKontakte, women wonder "where they can give birth to second and third children if the government cannot take commissioning of flats under control".

"Many of us have to repay mortgage and live with children in rented flats. We have to wait for our legitimate flats for 2-3 years. How long do we have to wait? [...] Where is President? Where is state support of the demographic policy? Where are the authority and our money?" the text adds.

It also explains that the women will go to the perinatal centre without slogans and banners so that everything should be within legal boundaries.

"We demand that a meeting between our activists and Mikhail Babich, who intends to hold a meeting on issues of socio-economic and socio-political development of the region, should be conducted.

In addition, the announcement emphasizes that if any provocations against construction investors are organized and they do not have a chance to meet with the presidential plenipotentiary envoy, they will draw "a corresponding conclusion which will have an effect on [...] the elections on March 18, 2018".
