Penza, 5 February 2018. PenzaNews. A fact of illegal hunting for a male elk was registered in the Gorodishchensky area of the Penza region. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Forestry.

"Criminal responsibility is stipulated by current legislation for such an offence," the department reminded adding that guilty persons will have to compensate the damage caused to the animal world in the amount of up to 120,000 roubles.

The press service noted that three administrative offences had been registered during the last weekend – in particular, having a permission to hunt a wild boar a group of hunters had not made a corresponding mark in it after shooting in order to use the document once again.
