On Monday, February 19, Lyubov Koldomasova, judge of the arbitration court of the Penza region, having considered the application of the debtor Alexander Tuzov, who found it ungrounded that previously Ksenia Prokhorova, bailiff of the Court Bailiffs District Office of the city of Penza, had established the corresponding percentage of recovery from his pension, refused to recognize the actions of the official as illegal.
Given that according to Alexander Tuzov the pension amounts to 22,800 roubles and is his only source of income, the debtor will lose monthly about 8,000 roubles until the debt has been repaid in full.
However, if in January the amount of Alexander Tuzov's debt equalled to more than 100,000 roubles, over the first ten days of February it increased by almost 25% since two more executions had appeared: one of them is connected with state duty.
As it was reported before, all Alexander Tuzov's bank accounts had been arrested.
Workers of the Federal Bailiff Service imposed a prohibition to register Alexander Tuzov's car Honda CR-V produced in 2014, which he put up as collateral in Gazprombank.
The bailiffs also passed resolutions about enforcing the pledge on Alexander Tuzov's pension in the amount of 35%, as well as on his salary – in the amount of 50%.
