Penza, 22 February 2018. PenzaNews. Abnormally cold weather is expected in most areas of the Penza region in the period from 23 to 28 of February. This was reported by the press service of the main EMERCOM department in the region with a reference to data of the Penza weather service.

According to the forecast, the average temperature will be at least 9ºС below a climate normal.

Thus, at night it can drop to -29ºС and during daytime it will not exceed -11ºС.

While outdoors it is highly advisable to avoid exposure.
