Penza, 27 February 2018. PenzaNews. An additional charity dinner was organized for persons with no fixed abode in the Penza municipal integrated centre of urgent social aid to the population on Tuesday, February 27.

As the press service of the mayor's office told PenzaNews, the decision had been made in connection with the frost that established in the region.

The Penza administration reminded that there is a warming centre at the premises of the municipal institution, where the homeless can get hot meals and warm clothes.
