Penza, 2 March 2018. PenzaNews. A complex of three ritual halls for farewell ceremonies for the deceased is planned to be built near the Novo-Zapadnoe cemetry at 187B Karpinskogo street, Penza.

As the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews, on Thursday, March 1, the letter of intent to implement the corresponding project was signed between Penza mayor's office and the individual entrepreneur Evgeny Borovkov.

"The estimated investment is more than 20 million roubles," the press service specified.

The mayor's office added that 15 jobs are planned to be created within the project.
