“The marriage between the parents was dissolved. The girl studies the German language thoroughly, participates in linguistic contests and would like to go to a camp to one of educational institutions in Germany. However, due to the absence of father’s permission she is deprived of the possibility. Mother’s written requests to her ex-husband to give a certified permission for the child to travel abroad, which she had directed to the man’s addresses she had been aware of, were returned on the expiry of a retention period,” an official representative of the Leninsky district court of Penza told PenzaNews.
He explained that the man did not appear in court and by no means expressed his attitude about the case, which proves his evasion to give an agreement.
“Taking into account the girl’s aspiration for learning the German language the court has decided that participation in language courses in Germany does not contradict child’s interests and is a necessary condition for her further development. The decision has not come into legal force. The term of appeal has not expired yet,” the interlocutor said.
