Penza, 9 March 2018. PenzaNews. The order of Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev to remove a truck from the roadway in Glazunova street, which he gave at the end of the previous week, has not been executed yet.

The Volvo dropside truck with the plate number O870BP 85RUS remains at the place where it was before – near the intersection with Prospekt Stroiteley street.

Due to the vehicle parked at the curb, the road has remained narrower at this area for a long time. Snow removal equipment cleans only the middle of the road.

A similar situation is observed in close vicinity – near house No. 5 in Ladozhskaya street.

There, a Renault Megane car is located in the middle of "a snow field", the level of which reaches the windows of the sedan but gradually decreases with each warm sunny day.

Given the fact that snow mixed with dirt got frozen and locked the wheels of both vehicles, all their owners can do is to wait till the snow melts.

As it was reported before, on Sunday, March 4, Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered EMERCOM department head Alexei Mikhailov to find out who is the owner of the Volvo vehicle left at the curb in Glazunova street and to persuade them to transfer the vehicle to a special parking area.
