"Having found himself among angry construction investors, the main Penza visionary Alexander Tuzov did not dare to call them clowns as he does on his website," the message posted on the group "Penzastroy, dostroy" on the social network VKontakte states being supplemented with a link to Alexander Tuzov's speech at the rally on March 11.

The post was commented by over 10 users, who expressed their attitude to the owner of the Internet medium, which previously had often been criticized for spreading information based on hearsay.

"In fact, Mr. Tuzov, who calls construction investors clowns, turned out to be a real clown himself! His previous tone is gone! The first minutes of the speech is pure coaxing of the construction investors who did not read the lies written in his undoubtedly yellow medium," the representative of the housing complex Raiki expressed his opinion.

"How can one take seriously what [Alexander Tuzov] says and writes if having given a speech in front of a huge number of people he posts an article stating that the rally was attended by only 100 people. Alexander, your words are not worth a dime!" one of the most renowned Russian riders, five-time national champion, graduate of the Penza school of the highest sports skills Roman Kirsanov wrote.

"Apparently, he can count only to 100, that is why he always writes 'about 100, slightly more than 100, and 100'," Olga Komina assumed.

In turn, Elena Slimakova expressed an opinion that Alexander Tuzov "is a very unpleasant person".

"How can one make fun of people who do not know who to turn to," she asked a question.

"It is one thing to write this, but it is absolutely different thing to state this facing 500 angry construction investors," Olga Tyurkova noted.

Other users expressed a more critical opinion towards Alexander Tuzov. Their value judgements cannot be published in mass media due to ethical standards.
