Penza, 15 March 2018. PenzaNews. The Penza resident who had a 120,000 rouble debt on payment of fines for traffic rules violation within the framework of 104 executions repaid the whole amount due to the persistence of bailiffs.

As it was reported by official representative of the regional department of the Russian Federal Bailiff Service Yana Zagrebelnaya, the debtor managed to escape for a certain period of time but in early March his whereabouts were established.

"An order to attend an appointment with a bailiff was presented to him personally. He was also warned about the limitation of special right. In addition, the bailiff arrested his property in an amount sufficient to repay the debt on the execution," the interlocutor explained.

She added that following the measures taken, the debtor paid the full amount.

Yana Zagrebelnaya also specified that the fines were issued to the violator according to two articles of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, namely 12.16 "Failure to observe the requirements ordered by traffic signs or road markings" and 12.9 "Exceeding the established speed limit".
