Zarechny, 17 March 2018. PenzaNews. The court of Zarechny of the Penza region sentenced a person guilty of a traffic accident to imprisonment for a term of 1 year with driver's license revocation and exacted 100,000 roubles as a compensation for moral damage to the injured pedestrian.

"In November 2017 when driving a rental car and reversing between buildings in 30-letiya Pobedy prospekt in Zarechny the man knocked down a person. As a result, the pedestrian received a closed displaced fracture of the right thigh bone," an official representative of the Zarechny court told PenzaNews.

According to him, immediately after the accident the driver provided medical assistance to the injured and fully admitted the guilt.

"The verdict has not entered into legal force," the interlocutor added.
