Penza, 26 March 2018. PenzaNews. 42 asphalt concrete plants are ready for launch in the Penza region. This was reported by the minister of construction and road industry Alexander Grishaev.

"Crushed stone was prepared in full for the construction period and even 13% more of the required amount," he said at the action meeting in the regional government on Monday, March 26.

The minister added that 76% of the required amount of bitumen is prepared and the remaining part will be delivered to the region in April.
