Penza, 27 March 2018. PenzaNews. A temporary memorial to the victims of fire in the Kemerovo shopping mall Winter Cherry was organized in the square in front of the house of youth in Penza on Tuesday, March 27.

It consists of several tables covered with cloth. A banner reading "Kemerovo 25.03.2018. Penza mourns with you" was installed nearby.

Everyone is welcome to lay flowers and to light candles in memory of 64 victims of the tragic event.

Some residents already brought toys to the improvised memorial in mourning for children who died in the fire.
