Penza, 4 April 2018. PenzaNews. The construction of an unknown facility started near the railway in Ladozhskaya street in Penza.

On the morning of Wednesday, April 4, there were three trucks including two concrete mixers as well as several people behind the fence that had been constructed within a short time.

According to local residents, a few days earlier other equipment worked at the site preparing the foundation pit for laying a concrete base.

Having walked around the construction site from several sides a PenzaNews journalist did not see any sign with information about who started the construction, what is being built and in what time the facility is planned to be finished.

Currently, a news agency's inquiry has been directed to the mayor's office.

A similar situation was observed at the end of 2016 near the site of the construction – in Bolshaya Arbekovskaya street. There were metal constructions on a concrete base erected at that site but there was no available information about the facility.

At that time, as it was reported by Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev in an interview with PenzaNews, a claim was sent to the owner of the land. In the beginning of 2018, a modern supermarket Pyaterochka appeared at that place.
