Penza, 4 April 2018. PenzaNews. Specialists of Penza communal services practically released the long vehicle Volvo left in Glazunova street from snow captivity. The truck had remained there for a long time and the city authorities could not do anything with it.

Earlier in the week, when the snow began to melt actively, using a tractor communal workers cut off a significant layer of snow and ice from along the entire length of the ruck with pinpoint accuracy.

They did the same thing near the cabin.

On the morning of Wednesday, April 4, specialists in charge of road cleanness in the city gathered the garbage around the vehicle that accumulated during the winter.

Currently, nothing prevents the owner of the long vehicle, which still poses difficulties to public utilities trying to bring the road in proper condition, from removing it from the road.

Near the truck, as before, there is a car that also interferes with cleaning the street that has quite a heavy traffic during peak hours.

Its owner will probably have to dig out the foreign car on their own or wait till the snow has finally melted.

The utilities showed no interest in the car as opposed to the truck, at the background of which Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev had taken a photo exactly a month ago.
