Penza, 12 April 2018. PenzaNews. Pothole repair on an area of about 145,000 square metres is to be carried out on roads of regional and municipal importance in the Penza region.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional ministry of construction and road economy, this is the scope of work determined by the results of the inspection conducted by specialists of the state public institution Construction and Road Economy Administration of the Penza Region.

"Contractors work actively on roads of regional and municipal importance to eliminate dangerous potholes. To date, repair of an area of over 25,000 square metres has been carried out," the department explained.

The press service noted that repair of potholes using bitumen-concrete mixture is planned to be finished by May 15.
