Penza, 21 April 2018. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev ordered to consider the issue of installing LED pedestrian crossings in Penza.

The region head explained that the use of light-emitting tile will draw additional attention of drivers and pedestrians, and thus will increase the level of safety.

In addition, he once again urged to intensify work on evening decoration of the city.

"What is done is not enough, the works are fragmented. Lighting can be of different colours but it must fit the overall concept and go well together with lighting of nearby objects," the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
