Penza, 25 April 2018. PenzaNews. Eight construction investors of the OJSC Penzastroy who invested money in housing but still did not receive the promised apartments organized a tea party on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the company director, Valentin Zhuravlev, on the porch of the building where the office of the developer is located.

They brought balloons with them, one of which had an inscription "Years did not spare you", as well as the flag of Homeless Regiment and a gift bag filled with small stones symbolizing unfinished construction.
In addition, an unusual cake with figures of two pigs was made especially for this action. The confectioner made one of them in a business suit with a key to a Lexus car. The second animal was dressed more informal.
A suitcase filled with green banknotes sticking out of it was placed between the pig figures. The inscription on a table behind the animals ran as follows: "The construction is carried out by OJSC Zhilye meaning 'accommodation' but the letter 'i' was corrected to 'u' with the new meaning 'swindlers'.
The construction investors spread out a tablecloth on the porch barrier, cut the cake having removed the figures, and poured the tea they brought with them in thermoses. Passers-by as well as those who came to the Penzastroy office to congratulate the honorary citizen of the city, which could be understood by flowers in their hands, watched the actions of the investors.
In about 30 minutes after the start of the campaign, the construction investors went to the reception to pass two pieces of the cake to Valentin Zhuravlev but they were not let in. The door of the CEO's office, where Valentin Zhuravlev and representatives of Narovchatsky community willing to congratulate him were, was locked from the inside. This was followed by two hours waiting.
During this time, Penzastroy staff managed to call three brigades of private security, which did not see any illegal actions on the part of people who had not received their apartments.
At some point one of the construction investors entered Valentin Zhuravlev's office together with other people willing to congratulate him, then the door was immediately locked from the inside.
The battery of woman's phone went flat, that is why the participants of the campaign who remained outside could not call her to find out what the situation was like. 20 minutes later they turned for help to police officers passing near the building in Bekeshskaya street, and those called for a squad.
As deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Ulitsa Moskovskaya Evgeni Malyshev, who serves as the press secretary of Homeless Regiment, told PenzaNews, the law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene had a number of questions to two young men who did not let the construction investors inside.
According to him, law enforcement authorities also promised to check the legality of arresting the woman, who safely left the building after the arrival of the police.
Evgeni Malyshev explained that after the incident the Penzastroy CEO also left the office.
"Zhuravlev left the office in the presence of the police. Two police officers followed him. He did not pay attention to them, got into his Lexus and left just in front of them," the interlocutor said.
