Two houses on embankment in Penza centre to be confiscated for municipal purposes

Penza, 13 May 2018. PenzaNews. Two wooden houses – No. 91 and 93 in Uritskogo street in Penza – will be confiscated from their owners for municipal purposes due to the repair of storm water drain near the Sura river embankment.

The corresponding decree No. 770, which had been signed by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev on May 7, was published in issue No. 11 of the municipal newspaper The Penza.

In addition, it was resolved that four plots of land located in the area from the mosque to Slavy street at 91 and 93 Uritskogo street, 3A Bakunina street, 5/101 Bakunina/Uritsoko streets should also be confiscated. A non-residential building and three non-residential premises will also pass on to the municipality.

In addition, the list of confiscated facilities include the control post and the ground at 3A Bakunina street.

The Municipal Property Department of the Penza administration was ordered to send a copy of the decree on property confiscation to Rosreestr and the owners within 10 days from the date of adoption of the decision; it was also entitled if necessary to act as the recipient of cadastral works on specification of borders of the land plots, to carry out activities on determining the amount of compensation the owners will obtain as well as to prepare relevant agreements.

The decision on confiscation is valid for three years from the date of its adoption.
