In particular, he drew attention to the facts of occupying the territory of sidewalks and circles around tree trunks as well as damaging curbs and tiles when installing wooden flooring of outdoor areas.

"The city has spent huge sums so that the walking area of Moskovskaya street makes Penza residents glad. And what do we see? Some people make a successful business destroying the property of the city. Such an attitude to municipal property and municipal land in unacceptable," Victor Kuvaytsev said.

The mayor ordered his deputy Andrei Shevchenko to meet with the owners of the facilities and to demand a speedy elimination of all violations.

Passing by house No. 74 in Moskovskaya street, participants of the meeting saw some workers building a concrete basement on the lawn. It turned out that it was planned to place benches there but the work superintendent failed to explain why municipal lawn had been chosen for this purpose.

In addition, workers were going to cut a birch tree on municipal land nearby.

As it was reported by the press service of the mayor’s office, Victor Kuvaytsev immediately called the director of the municipal unitary enterprise Penzadormost, Vyacheslav Golokhvastov, and the vice mayor on land and urban development, Magomed Agamagomedov, to the place and ordered them to investigate the situation.https://penzanews.ru/society/126241-2018
