Penza, 18 May 2018. PenzaNews. A solemn meeting dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the military commissariat of the Penza region was held in the big hall of the philharmonic on Friday, May 18.

An exhibition of items from collections of the state archive, local history museum, M.Y. Lermontov library was organized in the foyer of the institution. Everyone had a chance to get acquainted with historical documents and photographs there.

The Literature Museum made the photo area "The Office of the Military Commissioner".

The official part began with the demonstration of the film "100 Years of Military Commissariats", after which the governor Ivan Belozertsev congratulated those present on the important date.

During the event, words of gratitude were voiced to workers and veterans of military commissariats.
