Poll: Over 69% of respondents support the idea of introducing May holidays

Penza, 21 May 2018. PenzaNews. 69.4% of respondents support the idea of introducing holidays from 1 to 10 May by analogy with the New Year holidays. These are the results of the poll conducted on the website of the independent news agency PenzaNews in the period from 2 to 20 May, 2018. 500 users from the Penza region took part in it.

57.6% of the respondents (288 users) fully support the initiative, whereas 11.8% (59 users) somewhat support.

The option "somewhat against" was chosen by 7.8% of poll participants (39 users). 19% of the respondents (95 users) strongly opposed the idea of long May holidays.

3.8% of the respondents (19 users) remained undecided.

PenzaNews have already conducted such online surveys earlier: in spring 2016 almost 64% of those who voted supported the idea of introducing long holidays from 1 to 10 May, in 2017 – over 67%.
