Residents of the failing 4-storey brick house No. 11 on 9 Yanvarya Street in Penza informed the authorities, who visited the location during the on-site meeting on May 22, that the building's condition continued to deteriorate – new cracks began to appear in the walls.

Having assessed the condition of entrances and living quarters, mayor Viktor Kuvaytsev ordered to organize a second inspection of the building by Fundament enterprise in the coming days.

He also ordered to collect information on the number of people still living in the dilapidated building, and their property rights.

Another topic discussed during the meeting with the residents concerned the news about self-liquidation of the Oktyabrsky District Municipal Unitary Enterprise, which provides services to the building.

Viktor Kuvaytsev instructed to hold a meeting with the director of the management company, so that the residents got the information about further maintenance of the building, said the press service of the mayor's office.
