Penza, 4 June 2018. PenzaNews. Hotel For You has successfully passed the procedure of mandatory classification of tourist industry facilities and was the first hotel in Penza to get 4 stars. This is stated in the message released by the press service of the regional chamber of commerce, which has been engaged in hotel classification since 2016.

"When rating the hotel the following factors were taken into account: location, availability of rooms of different categories and their size, condition of public facilities and others," the text explains.

It adds that the classification was conducted in three stages – evaluation of the hotel in general, evaluation of the staff and the rooms.

According to the portal Tourism and Recreation in the Penza Region, to date 13 accommodation facilities have been given different categories.

For example, to hotel For You is a 4-star-hotel, the sanatorium Silver Wood and the hotels Avia, Heliopark Residence, Voyage, Penza, Prizma, as well as Life have 3 stars. 2 stars have been awarded to the hotel Friday and hostel Nice Hostel Penza, 1 star – to the hotel Silver Wood. The hotel Lastochka was given the category "unrated".

The main document regulating the hotel rating in Russia is the decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation No. 1215 as of July 11, 2014.
