Penza, 8 June 2018. PenzaNews. Paid parking in Pushkin street near the Penza administration will start to work on August 1. The corresponding decree was signed by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

As noted in the document, the text of which was published in the municipal newspaper The Penza, it is the municipal public institution Communal Services Department of Penza that is authorised to develop the parking and manage its use.

The institution will also be responsible for charging money for parking.

The municipal public institution has to ensure unimpeded and free access to the territory and its immovable and movable property as well as the access of machinery within 5 minutes.

The parking will operate 24/7. Parking for one hour will cost 20 roubles.
