Penza, 21 June 2018. PenzaNews. The government of the Penza region will take all necessary measures to ensure that the problem buildings of shared-equity construction, the erection of which stopped for various reasons, should be commissioned. This was said by governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"The situation is difficult but we will not leave it. We will support it and do our best to complete the construction of the houses," he said at the 9th regular session of the Legislative Assembly of the region held on Thursday, June 21.

Ivan Belozertsev noted that "currently there are problems with construction companies and plots of land" but they can generally be resolved.

The governor also thanked deputies for the adoption of two important laws – about monthly payments to defrauded construction investors who invested parent capital or borrowed money in the flats and now have to rent accommodation, and about provision of subsidies to contractors.
