Penza, 28 June 2018. PenzaNews. The Russian State Circus Company (Rosgostsirk) announced an electronic auction for the execution of functions of general contractor to finish the reconstruction of the Penza circus located in Plekhanova street.

The client is the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The application deadline is July 12. The term of consideration of the first part of the applications will end on July 16. The auction in electronic format will take place on July 19.

The initial (maximum) price of the contract is 1,267,114,110 roubles. The source of financing is the federal budget of Russia.

It was defined that the circus reconstruction should be completed by December 20, 2020.

In addition, an auction for rendering services of control and supervision of the construction with the initial (maximum) price of the contract of 15,604,640 roubles was announced. It will also be held on July 19.
