Penza, 28 June 2018. PenzaNews. The 4th class of fire hazard is forecast in the Penza region from June 28 to July 3. This was reported by the press service of the regional EMERCOM department.

The department specified that in this regard it is not recommended to make up fires in the woods and to set dry grass in fields on fire.

"Never throw lit matches or cigarettes. Do not use various pyrotechnic products such as fireworks and sparkles in the forest," the press service added.

EMERCOM also reminded not to drive through the woods by car and motorcycle as sparks from the muffler can cause fire – especially in dry forest with lichen cover.
