"It is going to be free of charge for these categories, any organization will be able to book and to hold an event there. [...] Workers of NPOs and activists will be able to come and just work at the computer, to print out a few pages, even simply to talk. It is also planned that journalists will also be able to work there free of charge," the text states.

As expected, the co-working space, which will be able to accommodate 40 people, will be operational in mid-August.

The space for individual and collaborative work will be located at 62 Uritskogo street – currently the place is being repaired.

According to executive director of the foundation Civil Union Oleg Sharipkov, there have not been analogues of the project in the city yet.

"There are places in the format of co-working but they do not provide privileges to activists who are engaged in socially useful and charitable projects. At the same time, many Penza non-governmental organizations do not have an opportunity to rent an office," he noted.
