Penza, 22 July 2018. PenzaNews. The video showing regional coordinator of Left Front Victor Khomets fastening a 10-metre banner with the inscription "United Russia, damn you for retirement age increase!" at the fence of an overpass in Penza has gained over 110,000 page views on Instagram.

On Sunday, July 22, by 13.00, users gave the video almost 6,000 likes and left over 160 comments.

According to Victor Khomets, he is proud of his act.

"I am proud of this action, and I will answer for it. Otherwise it is impossible to open people's eyes. And the campaign is worth a lot!" the activist wrote on his Facebook profile under the message threatening him with administrative responsibility for holding the public event.
