Penza, 27 July 2018. PenzaNews. By the decision of the court, the bailiffs of Penza transferred 20,500 bottles of illegal alcohol with a volume of over 10.5 tons to a specialized organization for the purpose of their destruction. This was reported by official representative of the regional department of the Russian Federal Bailiff Service Yana Zagrebelnaya.

"In February 2018 law enforcement agencies detained a Penza resident carrying out business activity – the sale of alcoholic products without registration and license. During the arrest over 20,500 bottles, each with a volume of 0.5 litres, with alcohol containing liquid were seized," the interlocutor explained.

She noted that the man had been convicted under Item b, Part 6, Art. 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Production, purchase, storage, transportation or sale of unmarked goods and products" and the confiscated alcohol had to be disposed.

"The enforcement proceedings finished with actual execution," Yana Zagrebelnaya added.
