Penza, 9 August 2018. PenzaNews. Organizers of the so-called Finnish Fair lost an opportunity to trade in Penza at two locations – near the driving school Tvispo in Suvorova street and in the shop Fregat in Antonova street after mass posting of advertisements on lampposts.

"The owners of the above mentioned sites have demonstrated a civic stance, defended the aesthetic appearance of the city and did not allow the trade," the message released by the press service of the city hall states.

It clarifies that the unauthorized advertisements were posted by residents of the Orenburg region that planned to sell women's and men's clothing and shoes.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators.
