Penza, 12 August 2018. PenzaNews. Mayor Victor Kuvaytsev accompanied by his deputy Magomed Agamagomedov and head of the Penza department for capital construction Igor Umnov inspected a course of works at construction sites in Zarya neighbourhood.

The first site to be visited was the ground where houses for orphans were being erected.

Work on one of the facilities has entered its final stage: workers are laying asphalt on driveways and sidewalks, doing landscaping and installing small architectural forms.

As noted by Victor Kuvaytsev, the improvement and landscaping had to be finished as soon as possible.

Then, the mayor visited the second house, where the contractor was doing bricklaying, erection of concrete panels and partitions.

"The pace of construction should be increased. The house must be built actively, children are waiting for their rightful housing," the mayor commented on what he saw.

Reporting on the situation regarding the third house, Igor Umnov explained that at that stage estimate documents were checked and the contracting company would commence the work after it received a positive conclusion.

Then, Victor Kuvaytsev visited the construction site where the arrangement of storm drainage was made.

The head of the city administration urged to continue work at the facility in the same pace, the press service of the city hall informs.
