The Penza administration filed a lawsuit against a businessman to recover funds for the purpose of bringing in proper condition the lamp posts whose appearance was damaged by unauthorized advertising. This was reported by head of the city transportation and communication department Yulia Yeremina at a meeting held in the city hall on Tuesday, August 14.
