Appropriate markings and signs informing about parking lots designed for vehicles operated by people with disabilities were drawn and installed in the territory that used to be a pedestrian area.
It is assumed that now pedestrians have to walk through M. Lermontov public garden.
However, some Penza residents habitually prefer to go along the roadway.
As it was reported before, for a long time motorists used to park their vehicles in this area of Penza in Sobornaya square, which was earlier referred to as Sovetskaya square.
Currently it is fenced. It is expected that in the near future improvement and landscaping works will begin there.
