Penza, 20 August 2018. PenzaNews. The building, which is located in Penza in close proximity to the regional Legislative Assembly — at 15 Kirova street, was demolished in the framework of planned reconstruction.

According to a construction billboard placed on a metal fence, the entire scope of work is scheduled for completion in April 2019.

A 4-storey office building is planned to be constructed at the place of the non-residential building. The building area is about 500 square meters.

The customers are LLC Viscom and Valery Lezhikov, who previously turned to the Penza administration on the issue of getting permission to a deviation from limiting parameters of the building and reconstruction of the facility with regard to the reduction of the minimum shift from the land border and the increase of its development up to 63%.

A public hearing on this matter was held on March 19, 2018. In the end, on May 7 Victor Kuvaytsev signed resolution No. 786/2, which allowed deviation from the limiting parameters.

The general contractor of the facility is JSC Volgostalmontazh, the project organization is LLC MPTs.
