Penza, 3 September 2018. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev expects that the financing of road repair in the Pena region from the federal budget will be increased in 2019.

"The work carried out last year [...] allows to expect the increase of financial resources for the implementation of major projects in the field of road construction and repair of bridges in 2019," the regional head said at the action meeting in the Penza region government on Monday, September 3.

He noted that it was planned to receive 680 million roubles in the framework of the priority projects Safe and Quality Roads.

In addition, according to the governor, it is expected that 2,100 million roubles will be allocated for the reconstruction of the road from 40 Let Oktyabrya to Tsentralnaya streets and 1,400 million roubles – for the Bakuninsky bridge.

"Currently we are working to obtain 350 million roubles for the overpass near Seliksa. It is necessary to build an intersection there," Ivan Belozertsev added.
