Penza, 26 September 2018. PenzaNews. Weather forecasters predict frosts in the territory of the Penza region on coming Thursday, September 27. This was stated in the warning published on the website of the main regional department of the EMERCOM of Russia.

"Frosts up to -2ºС in the air and on the soil surface are expected in the night- and daytime in some areas of the Penza region," the text explains.

It is recommended to cover crops with plastic film or a special non-woven material, and to be extremely careful on the roads, where the risk of accidents increases with the decrease of air temperature.

"Going on a trip, it is necessary to take into account weather conditions and a traffic situation, as well as to observe the rules of road safety", the message reads.
