"Talent is the key to success, but success in turn is not a matter of chance, but the result of fruitful, hard and painstaking work. It goes without saying that a child can have unique abilities and great potential. Moreover, I am sure that all children are talented in their own way, but a lot depends on mentors," mayor Viktor Kuvaytsev said.

He stressed that teachers and parents play an important role in revealing children’s talent.

"Your wise advice, decent education, support, love and everyday work help children to achieve victories, to bear fruit not only for themselves and their families, but also for the fame of our city," the head of the Penza administration added.

Victor Kuvaytsev also expressed confidence that the distinguished young Penza residents will have a bright future, prestigious professions and well-deserved awards.

Then together with city head Nikolai Taktarov he congratulated each of the attendees and handed over gifts and letters of thanks, the press-service of the city hall reports.
