Penza, 26 October 2018. PenzaNews. The provision of incentives to members of the Penza voluntary police, who participate in the protection of public order on an unpaid basis, is considered by the Penza region government. This was reported by Penza vice mayor Vladimir Popkov.

"The issue of obtaining funds for this purpose is considered at the level of the regional government on behalf of governor Ivan Belozertsev," he said speaking at the 50th regular session of the City Duma on Friday, October 26.
Vladimir Popkov explained that it was proposed to pay the guards a small fee for each appearance.
According to him, it will serve as a kind of motivation for citizens.
Deputy head of the city administration also specified that at that time the Penza voluntary police numbered 261 members.
