Two motorists registered with expert in drug addiction identified in Penza

Penza, 1 November 2018. PenzaNews. When testing the execution of road safety legislation, the Prosecutor's Office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Penza identified two people having driving licence who are registered with the regional Centre for Drug Addiction Treatment.

As senior assistant of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews, the drivers were diagnosed with mental disorders connected with the use of psychostimulants causing harmful effect.

"In the interests of an indefinite circle of persons, the district Prosecutor sent two administrative claims to the court to deprive them of the right of to drive. They are under consideration," she clarified.
