Penza, 6 November 2018. PenzaNews. 100 million roubles are planned to be spent for a new fountain that should become a new decoration of the central part of the city. This was reported by governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"One of the main tasks for the next year is reconstruction of the Fontannaya square. I am going to support the city government, and we will allocate 100 million roubles to create a new fountain," he said at the opening ceremony of the monument "Fat-Heeled Penza Resident" in Moskovskaya street on Tuesday, November 6.

Speaking about the improvement of the territory the head of the region noted that only small steps had been done over the last years.

"There is much work to be done in the regional centre and in municipalities. I hope there will be more ideas and suggestions regarding creation of art objects and a comfortable environment for our citizens," the press service of the Penza regional government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
