Penza, 14 November 2018. PenzaNews. International hotel chain Azimut Hotels, which is actively spreading over regions of Russia, announced opening of a hotel in Penza.

The new 15-storey complex located in Arbekovo neighbourhood became the tallest hotel in Penza: rooms on the upper floors overlook the city.

According to the press service of the company, Azimut Hotel Penza occupies the first position in the city when it comes to the number of rooms – the hotel has 166 rooms of different categories. They include 126 standard rooms for up to 2 guests, 8 standard rooms for up to 4 guests and the same number of superior rooms, 18 junior suites, 5 suites and one standard room for people with disabilities.

All rooms are equipped with new furniture, modern appliances and everything necessary for a comfortable stay in accordance with the standards of Azimut Hotels in Russia and Europe. For those traveling by car there is a ground parking for 50 cars.

The guests of the hotel can make use of a modern conference room for up to 100 people, a lobby bar and Black Pepper restaurant with a chef who has extensive experience of working in Moscow.

It is possible to organize excursions, business and entertainment events. All the staff is ready to welcome foreign tourists: they are fluent in foreign languages.

One of the advantages of Azimut Hotel Penza is its location in a lively area of the city, about 20 km away from the airport and 9 km away from the railway station. It takes less than 30 minutes to get from almost anywhere in Penza to the hotel.

There are facilities for dynamic work and comfortable rest, including the palace of sports Burtasy with a swimming pool, within walking distance. The Federal Centre for Cardiovascular Surgery, the M.Y. Lermontov library, shopping and entertainment centre Berlin and food chain stores are also located near the hotel.

Commenting on the opening of the hotel in Penza, Director of Azimut Hotels Walter Neumann stressed that the Penza region was a new region for the company and at the same time very promising for hotel business.

"There are many historical attractions of the 18th-19th centuries here, and tourism is actively developing. It is a cultural centre and business capital of the Volga region. The city hosts events of the regional and federal level regularly. Azimut Hotel Penza will be able to provide both Russian and foreign guests with comfortable conditions and a decent level of service," Walter Neumann said.
