Penza, 9 December 2018. PenzaNews. About 60 cubic metres of sand were brought to the beach in the centre of Druzhba Park in Zarya neighbourhood to create comfortable conditions for holidaymakers. This was said by pensioner Victor Neboga, who had been engaged in the improvement of the territory on his own initiative for many years.

About 10 cubic meters of the sand were poured out at the volleyball playground, and the rest – at the beach. The sand is planned to be spread on the surface evenly with the arrival of spring.

According to Victor Neboga, the sand was brought from a quarry near Penza.

He noted that member of Legislative Assembly Fedor Toshchev and businessman Alexander Buzin contributed to this.
