"We have carried out some work on decorating streets of the city on the occasion of New Year, but a number of objects and territories have not been covered," he said at a meeting held at the City Hall on Tuesday, December 11.

Informing about the work carried out in this field, head of the municipal public institution Penza City Advertising Service Alexander Utin explained that on December 12 three additional led spotlights on existing supports will be installed near the art object "Fat-heeled Penza Resident".

Besides, according to him, decorative lighting in Box of Proverbs public garden, and also Christmas garlands near the monument to Vladimir Lenin will be turned on, the press-service of the City Hall informs.
