Over 5,000 cubic metres of snow removed from Penza streets during one day

Penza, 29 December 2018. PenzaNews. Municipal unitary enterprise Penzadormost removed over 5,000 cubic metres of snow from Penza streets during a day by Saturday morning, December 29. This was reported by the press service of the City Hall.

In particular, the snow was removed from the streets of Lazo, Moskovskaya, Plekhanova, Chekhova, Tsentralnaya, Ternovskogo, Bakunina, Volodarskogo, Lenina, Prospekt Stroiteley, the passage of Lunacharsky and Privokzalnaya square.
More than 82 units of snow removal equipment were involved in the work.
In addition, specialists of the enterprise distributed deicing materials on the carriageway and pedestrian zones, cleaned pedestrian bridges, stairways, bus bays from snow and ice manually and mechanically.
On December 29, 76 special vehicles will operate on the roads of the city.
