Pprojects of the new fountain, which is planned to be placed in Fontannaya square of Penza in the framework of upcoming reconstruction, should be submitted for public discussion. Such an opinion was expressed by governor Ivan Belozertsev on estimating several options, including the pedestrian fountain, that with a water bowl and mixed.

"All the ideas are interesting and outstanding. Let's post photos with explanations on the Internet for a couple of weeks and give citizens an opportunity to express their point of view. After that, we need to analyse 2-3 selected objects and make a decision. By February 15, we should have a full understanding of what project we are preparing," he said during a meeting of the town planning council held in the regional government on Friday, January 18.

Ivan Belozertsev added that the new fountain should be modern and practically feasible.

Preliminary consent to support the project of the fountain reconstruction was given by Sberbank, the press service of the regional government informs.
