Penza, 31 January 2019. PenzaNews. Head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev instructed to sort out the issue of school adjacent territories, which are often used by motorists as round-the-clock parking, with the result that the parent who bring their children to school are not able to drop them off in the morning safely.

He recalled that a similar problem had been successfully solved in Lermontova Street and Privokzalnaya square.
"Signs prohibiting parking from 23:00 to 06:00 have been installed there. During this period, machinery comes and freely conducts cleaning of the territory. It is necessary to take similar measures at school adjacent territories – to restrict parking at night so that motorists do not leave their cars overnight and for winter period – so-called 'snowdrops'," the press service of the city hall quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
